Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and creative Social Media Manager to lead our social media efforts across platforms like Instagram, Twitter (X), TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. A strong plus for candidates with graphic design and motion design skills to create visually compelling content in-house.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with company goals, including content calendars, campaigns, and audience targeting.
• Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (posts, stories, reels, videos) that resonates with our target audience.
• Monitor social media trends, analytics, and performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or platform insights to optimize strategies and report on ROI.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build community relationships to foster loyalty and growth.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and creative teams to align social media with broader campaigns and initiatives.
• Manage paid social advertising campaigns, including budgeting, targeting, and A/B testing.
• Stay updated on platform algorithms, best practices, and emerging trends in social media.
• If skilled in graphic/motion design: Produce custom graphics, animations, and short videos to enhance content quality and reduce reliance on external resources.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in social media management, preferably in a similar industry, demonstrated through portfolio, managed accounts, or past achievements.
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their unique features/audiences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for crafting compelling, brand-aligned copy.
• Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms.
• Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and adapt to fast-paced environments.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills (Plus Points)

• Graphic design experience using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.
• Motion design skills with software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar for creating animations and video edits.
• Experience with video editing, photography, or content creation.
• Knowledge of SEO, influencer marketing, or community management.
• Familiarity with data visualization and reporting tools.
